Flesh in this work is not reduced to corporeality as an image of the human body — it appears instead as a condition of matter itself, too alive, too vulnerable, too tense to remain merely a painted surface. The central mass of color feels like an inner substance forced outward: reds, greens, blues, yellows, and whites collide, spread, and fuse into something at once organic and traumatic. Around the edges, that density seems compressed by vertical drips and dark ruptures, while the cool blue on the left and the overheated red on the right create the sense of an environment that does not let the body rest, but presses against it from both sides.

Flesh here, for me, is not anatomy, but the extreme exposure of the living, when inner tissue is no longer protected by a shell and is compelled to exist in full view. That is why the image is held by the conflict between liquidity and rupture, between color as energy and color as wound. What matters is not the recognition of a specific form, but the feeling of naked vulnerability, where beauty and damage become almost inseparable. It is precisely that dangerous, saturated, unstable vitality that holds the eye and prevents the work from becoming pure abstraction.
