The house stands in the open field with such direct solitude that it becomes more than a building — it becomes a state of being. The green walls, the warm ochre roof, the narrow path leading to the porch, the soft tree on the left, and the vast, restlessly shifting sky gather into an image where simplicity turns into inner tension. The eye follows the road toward the house, yet instead of the promise of shelter it meets a fragile stillness — the building feels inhabited and at the same time cut off from everything that might make it part of the world.

The emptiness around it does not feel calm. It acts as a space of distance, where any house becomes a sign of vulnerability, waiting, and inner isolation. What matters here is not the subject of a rural landscape, but the feeling of separateness, of almost defenseless existence in the middle of enormous air and light. The sky occupies as much presence as the land itself, and that is what intensifies the sense of unstable balance: as if the world were opened too wide, and the human place within it could be held together only through the effort of remaining present. That is where the work becomes compelling for me — in its quiet, clear, and slightly unsettling honesty.
